Menara KEN TTDI

Menara KEN TTDI is a multiple platinum award-wining green building. With a design aimed at maximising natural light and features such as the zoned-air-conditioning system, the structure focuses on creating energy efficient work and recreational spaces. Building work-life balance into its spaces and with space efficiency at the heart of its design, the tower features column-free office suites and rooftop recreational facilities such as a gymnasium, swimming pool and a sky bar. Menara KEN TTDI will also be complete with food & beverage outlets, ballroom and function spaces a performing arts theatre and an art gallery.

The Space

The Glass Space offers Ballroom which can accommodate up to 171 guests (theatre seating style). The Space takes pride in the versatility of the spaces offered with its sleek soundproof partition walls which can be opened up to reveal a larger space. Each room at The Space is naturally lit with the abundance of light coming in through the full-length glass which envelopes the whole floor. The foyer itself is unique with a central glass atrium void all the way to the rooftop.

Glass Space Ballroom Full Day (8 hours): RM9,000 Half Day (4 hours): RM6,000 Security Deposit: 50% Booking deposit is required the venue, and full payment to be paid in full, 2 weeks before the event date. Amenities available: Portable stage | size: 12ft (d) x 32ft (w) x 2ft (h) with skirting. Rules & Limitation: Outside F&B is prohibited. Only panel catering partners. Pre-Event Set Up: Pre-event set up is chargeable, depending on the on how many hours is required. Parking Underground parking available. *Terms & Conditions apply.
