Located on level 3A of Nexus, Connexion Conference & Event Centre at Nexus boasts 3 pillarless grand ballrooms with high ceilings, 4 contemporary function rooms, a beautifully landscaped gazebo, a fully furnished auditorium as well as a business centre with WiFi hotspot.

Hall Rental RM81,090 Per day (Note : Price is inclusive of prevailing 6% Government Taxes) Rental includes : 1. One standard stage (12' x 24'). 2. Complimentary one (1) unit of whiteboard/ one (1) unit of flipchart with marker and eraser set. 3. Water stations (*upon request). 4. Complimentary usage of standard built-in PA System (Full Data Projector & Screen Package). 5. Complimentary usage of wireless/wired microphone. 6. Complimentary usage of one (1) unit of rostrum. Additional Services -Tailor made menus - Professional event handlers - Different function halls & sizes - Extensive beverage suppliers - Halal certified - Additional security - Extensive AV vendor - Event management company - Wedding / corporate favors Event Setup details: 1) Pre-setup is chargeable at the same rental rate if required 2) Complimentary pre-setup 1 day before / night before if there are no events happening in the function room. We can only advise 3 days before the event. 3) Teardown has to be done right after event. Security Deposit Policy RM5,000.00 nett refundable deposit. Cheque or credit card only. Cancellation Policy 1) Upon confirmation - 30% of total expected revenue 2) 60 days prior to event - 50% of total expected revenue 3) 30 days prior to event - 90% of total expected revenue 4) 14 days prior to event - 100% of total expected revenue Parking Charges 1,650 secure and covered parking bays. (Nexus & Vertical combined) Parking Fees (Nexus) : Monday - Friday : First 2 hours or part thereof - RM2.00 Every Subsequent hour or part thereof - RM2.00 Flat Rate (6pm - 12am) - RM2.00 per entry Saturday / Sunday / Public Holidays - RM2.00 per entry per day Upon validation by CCEC Concierge - RM5.00 per entry per day Parking Fees (Vertical) : Monday - Friday :First hour or part thereof - RM2.00 Every Subsequent hour or part thereof - RM2.00 Flat Rate (6pm - 12am) - RM2.00 per entry Saturday / Sunday / Public Holidays - RM2.00 per entry per day Upon validation by CCEC Concierge - RM5.00 per entry per day
