The Space

i-City Convention Centre has a total size area of 20,000 sq ft which will definitely cater to your every need. iCCC aims to make a difference in the convention centre industry by not only providing space but also to help with marketing and promotions, depending on the guest’s event.
i-City Convention Centre is a suitable event space especially for wedding dinners or wedding banquet, a large birthday party, product launch, annual dinner, conference, seminar, award dinner, association dinners, association meetings.

i-City Convention Centre special features :

Weekday Hall Rental Price : RM 15,000 Weekend Hall Rental Price : RM 18,000 Amenities inclusive in the hall rental: 1. Tables (banquet table - 70 tables max) 2. Chairs (without covers - 70 chairs max) 3. Stage size: 9ft x 6 ft 4. Sound system 5. Kitchen 6. Loading & unloading bay 7. 2500 parking lots 8. Air-conditioning Chargeable amenities : 1. LED screen size: 8.44 m (w) x 4.8 m (h) 2. Chair Covers Terms & Conditions : 1. The non-panel charge is RM500 and deposit of RM1,500 will be imposed if client decides to use external caterers. 2. Corkage fee is RM500. 3. All prices are inclusive of SST. 4. Air conditioning will not be provided during set-up time. 5. There's no fee for pre-event setup for wedding - Only applicable for expos and other event types. 6. Installation and dismantling work of any relevant decorations and other equipment that are brought in by the client or relevant panels to be arranged and done by client or the respective panel within the authorized period by the management. 7. The client or relevant panel is responsible for any repair work or replacement on damages done in the building facilities and equipment provided by the management by reimbursing the cost of the damaged items. 8. Rubbish that are caused by the event organizer ought to be cleared by themselves unless a request for it to be cleared is made, subject to additional charges. 9. The rate quoted will vary after the cut-off date, subject to the availability. 10. The rate quoted may vary according to client's requirement. Cancellation : Cancellation must be at least 3 months before for all event. Security Deposit 1. Security deposit of RM5,000.00 is imposed (refundable). Payment terms 1. RM 5,000.00 deposit to reserve the date by cash or cheque. 2. All payment made are non-refundable and non-transferable. Parking Monday – Sunday, School Holiday & Public Holiday 6.00 AM – 5.59 PM Price : Every first 2 hour : RM2.00 Every subsequent 2 hour : RM2.00 Maximum per day : RM10.00 Lost ticket RM25.00 *Kindly exit before 10 minutes upon payment to avoid extra charges.
