Our event space at Found8 KL Sentral are located within a vibrant innovation community, in the most central and accessible location hub- at KL Sentral Station itself! :

 

- Only 30 mins express train from KLIA.

- Public transport access : MRT, LRT, Monorail, KTM, ERL, Bus & Taxi.

- 7 mins drive to the city centre.

 

We have a space to suit all your needs - from small to boardroom-sized meetings, workshops and training sessions, to launch events, networking events and mixers. Leave the logistics to us, and allow us to help you create a pleasant and memorable event for your guests!

Maximum capacity :

- Up to 150 pax seated in conference style.

- Up to 200 pax if both standing & seated (300pax if just standing style)

- Up to 78 pax in cluster style

*There is a 20% surcharge for rental on Weekends
*Electricity fee of RM155/hour on Weekends

Pricing & Packages

Corporate price : RM3,900 (4 hours) RM1,000 (per hour) *Weekends/ Public Holidays will incur 20% venue surcharge and with a minimum spend of RM720 on venue. There is also an electricity fee of RM155/hour. Includes : 1. AV equipment (up to 4 handled mics & projector) 2. High speed Wi-Fi access 3. Exclusive use of the Saloon for placement of F&B 4. Whiteboard & markers 5. Tables & chairs 6. HDMI cables and adaptors upon request. 7. Air-conditioning (AC extension fee - RM155/hour after 6PM on Weekdays and through the weekend) Pre and Post Event Set up: - Set up is typically included in booking time on the event day. For large set ups, exceptions may be made at our discretion. Security & Cancellation Policy: 1. Four weeks and less to event date: 50% fee of total booking amount is due. In the event of cancellations, this 50% deposit payment will be non-refundable. 2. Two weeks and less to event date : 100% cancellation fee of total booking amount is due. In the event of cancellations, this 100% payment will be non-refundable. Venue Limitation - No smoking allowed. - Any damage to existing furnishings or temporary storage/removal of furnitures will be chargeable. Parking : KL Sentral Station : RM5 for first hour, RM4 every subsequent hour. NU Sentral Mall : RM5 for first hour, RM2 every subsequent hour. *Terms & Conditions apply.
