The Space

UnionSPACE Malaysia event space is designed to suit all kinds of event setup. We host weekly community YOGA for about 150 people every Saturday and we have also hosted hackathons and even weddings at our space. We are easy to work with and very accommodating to your event needs.

Weekdays Half day : RM2,000 Full day : RM4,000
Weekend Half day : RM 2,300 Full day : RM4,300

Venue Availability We are available 365, 24-7. Please ensure that you get your own event permits if you are serving alcohol and going pass 10pm.
Venue Rules & Limitations - Smoking allowed only on the outside.
Pre and post-event set up terms 1. Depending on how extensive the setup will be. 2. Should you require more than 3 hours, there will be a fee of RM100 per hour.
Security Deposit Policy 1. Security Deposit shall be paid to UnionSPACE Malaysia by the due date. This will be refunded to Renter within two (@) weeks following the rental period provided the premises are maintained and left in the same condition as when rented. However, if any cleaning or repairs are deemed necessary by UnionSPACE Malaysia, the costs of cleaning or repairs will be charged to Renter and deducted from the Security Deposit. If the building or any part of the premises or its contents is damanged during the Event, the Renter will be solely responsible for such damage.
Cancellation Policy 1. If cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to Event, the Rental Fee & Security Deposit will be refunded. 2. If cancellation is made 7 days or less prior to Event, only the Security Deposit will be refunded.
Parking Ample public carparks are available outside the vicinity.
