Click HERE for details on rental fees. Security Deposit 1. For video shooting or photo shooting, we will charge an additional fee of RM2,000 because of the extra space occupied by the equipment. 2. Security deposit: RM1,000 If any damage is found, we will charge an amount that corresponds to the price of the item and the extent of the damage. If the damage is assessed to be more than RM1000, we will bill you the excess amount.
Cancellation policy Cancellation must be done 3 days before the confirmed date or else charges apply.
Pre-event set up Pre event set up can only be done on the day itself (4-5 hours before the event time).

Venue limitations 1. No smoking 2. Any damages done have to be paid by client 3. No trolley allowed in the space
