Meeting Packages:
1. Full Day Meeting Package A
RM280.00 nett per person, inclusive:-
- 8 hours usage of function space
- Coffee and tea breaks x 2 (morning and afternoon)
- Lunch x 1
- Dinner x 1
- Minimum 30 persons and above are required
2. Full Day Meeting Package B
RM180.00 nett per person, inclusive:-
- 8 hours usage of function space
- Coffee and tea breaks x 2 (morning and afternoon)
- Lunch x 1
- Minimum 30 persons and above are required
3. Half Day Meeting Package C
RM150.00 nett per person, inclusive:-
- 5 hours usage of function space
- Coffee and tea breaks x 1 (morning and afternoon)
- Lunch or Dinner x 1
- Minimum 30 persons and above are required
Remarks:
- Menu as per Chef's choice
- Minimum of 30 persons is required for buffet menus selection
- Room rental will be charged for additional function rooms required, such as waiting room, VIP holding room. Breakout room, secretariat room and storage room
- Time extension beyond the agreed completion time for the function room usage will be subjected to a surcharge

Parking Info:
- Complimentary parking at the resort
- Security will be go rounding at the parking facilities area but parking is at own risk
Rules and Limitations:
1. Minimum 30 persons and above are require base on the request venue (subject to availability)
2. No outside food and drinks allowed
3. No smoking
Pre and Post-Setup Terms and Conditions:
- There will be a nominal fee charges incur on usage of the hall for pre and post set up with the usage of 4 hours or 8 hours depending on the usage and hall.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A proforma invoice will be issued to follow upon the deposit or prepayment schedule once the acceptance of signing is received by the hotel.
Please be advised of the following deposit payment schedule:
- 1st payment : Deposit of 50% upon confirmation
- 2nd payment : Balance of payment 30 days prior to the function
All postponements must be notified to Mangala Resort & Spa in writing.
In the event of the cancellation of any function at any time after payment of the confirmation fee, the said fee is not refundable and will be forfeited by the resort. However, for any postponement of function (with at least 30days advance written notice to us) 50% will be retained by Mangala Resort & Spa. The said balance may be utilized as part payment of the confirmation fee for the postponed function (now deemed as an entirely new function) or any other function provided the aforesaid function is held at Mangala Resort & Spa within 6 months from the first postponement.
In the event, the said balance is not utilized as described, within the 6 months period, the said balance will not be refunded and will be forfeited by the resort.
