The X Auditorium is the ideal space for various individual and corporate events including product and media launches, performance events (mini-concerts), seminars, trainings and other corporate events. The auditorium can comfortably accommodate up to 1200 pax.

Rates details: Main Auditorium: • 6 Hours : RM36,000 • 12 Hours : RM60,000 *Any confirm booking will require to pay RM500 security deposit (refundable). Included in the rental: • 20’x40’ LED Screen + 2 Crew • Sound System + 2 Crew • Lighting System + 1 Crew • Lobby Event Space • Green Room (Holding Room) • Glass Room (located in the Lobby Event Space) Optional with Charges : • Live Feed Video + Crew (Depending on how many cameras) • Video Recording • Follow Spot + Crew • 4 LED Parcan + Crew • Photography • Setup the day before : RM5,000 (without aircond) • Entire Parking Lot : RM1,000 • Signage TV (6 units) : RM1,000 • Rehearsal the Day Before : RM7,000 (with aircond - 5 hours) • 1x Cleaner : RM350 (on the day of event) *Corkage charge : RM1,000 (for outside food). *Terms & conditions apply.
