The Space

The main hall feature a double height ceiling, ideal for corporate meeting, seminar, workshop, talks, and etc.
20 feet ceiling height instantly make your event more spacious and luxurious feel. With a centre stage infront, hall can be easily converted from a classroom setting to theatre style. Not only for corporate usage, we can set up a place for your photo or video shooting and even green screen usage too.
Apart from the space in the main hall, we also offer a make up room / speaker holding room for your event preparation.

Rental Rate: Weekdays: - Haf Day (4 hours) : RM400 - Full Day (8 hours) : RM800 Weekends: - Haf Day (4 hours) : RM500 - Full Day (8 hours) : RM1000 Rental Inclusive of: 1. Projector 2. Stage / Platform 3. Lightings 4. Sound System 5. Flip Chart 6. Wi-Fi Parking Info: - Ground floor & indoor basement parking available. Weekdays: - 1st hour or part thereof: RM 2.00 - Every subsequent hour or part thereof: RM 1.00, *Maximum rate –RM 9.00 Weekends & Public Holidays: - RM 2.00/Entry (flat rate) Rules & Regulations: 1. No Smoking 2. No Cooking Allowed 3. No Burning of Incenses or Ceremonial Procedures Deposit & Cancellation Policy: 1. Deposit of RM500 is required upon confirmation 2. Cancellation 30 days before the event date, 50% of the total booking deposit will be forfeited 3. Cancellation 14 days before the event date, 100% of the total deposit will be forfeited.
