Refundable after event, pending deductions for any damages incurred to the space or additional cleaning charges incurred by venue in the event where the space was handed over in poor condition. Cancellation Policy : 1. Deposit refundable up to 45 days before event date. Pre/Post Event Set up Policy : 1. The night before the event : 12AM to 9AM. 2. Set up and teardown days that fall outside of event days, 50% of rental rate. Venue Rules & Limitations : 1. No smoking. 2. Must use REXKL’s panel for sound & light, cleaning and security. 3. Bump in and bump out hours are between 12AM to 9AM. 4. Set – up plan subject for management approval is required upon confirmation. 5. Post event, space to be handed over in it’s original condition. Event organizers are to pay for any damages done to the space and hire additional cleaning services if this is not fulfilled. 6. 50% deposit upfront to secure booking.
