Being a unique multipurpose centre, we are one of Kuala Lumpur’s most exciting venues for your event needs. Featuring an elegant ballroom bordered by floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a vaulted ceiling, and a collective floor space of up to 11,000 sq. ft, Cornerstone is the perfect location for corporate functions, networking events, and tasteful celebrations. An adjoining area is also available for pre-event networking.

The Space

We are conveniently located in downtown Kuala Lumpur at Wisma Selangor Dredging, situated right across from KLCC between Public Bank and British Council, and easily accessible by LRT. Parking is also very convenient with a multi-level underground parking lot and an open parking space right next to the building. 

 

Comfortably accommodating up to 250 pax, Cornerstone versatility makes it simple to accommodate to many types of events such as full day seminars for training and talks, corporate and social luncheons & dinners, meetings & conventions, musical performances & shows, wedding receptions & engagement parties, product launches and many more.

Monday to Thursday : RM 9,000 Friday to Saturday : RM10,000 Sunday and Public Holidays : RM 11,000 Package includes the following: - • Usage of multipurpose hall for full duration of event and set up (same day); • Complimentary use of one (1) Registration table for 2 persons; • Complimentary use one (1) Standard PA system; • Complimentary use one (1) LCD projector & projector screen; (measurements : (w) 10' x (h) 12' , model :Hitachi CP-X5022WN ) • Complimentary use of Four (4) plasma TVs for video / images display; • Complimentary use of two (2) cordless microphones; • Complimentary use of one (1) rostrum stand; • Complimentary use of 20 Round Tables; • Complimentary use of 200 chairs; • Complimentary use of cocktail tables with covers and ribbons; • Complimentary use of one (1) built in stage platform; (measurements: (L) 21.5' x (w) 7.5' x (h) 2’) • Complimentary wireless internet access for all guests. Remarks: • For any event exceeding 11:00PM, Additional Charges for Air Conditioner Extension shall be imposed at the price of RM318.00 nett per hour. • For Set up that takes place on the day prior to the event, there will be a surcharge of RM3,500.00 nett to block the ballroom for the day. Car Park Basement parking is available at Wisma Selangor Dredging. Walk up to the courtyard where the fountain is. Cornerstone is located just above the cafe beside the fountain. Alternatively, open space parking is available besides Wisma SDB building. Announcement Board Please provide us with details of your announcement requirements, if any, for Cornerstone’s electronic signboards. Authorized Signatory Kindly advise us the name of your authorized signatory for billing and authorization of any additional expenses which may occur. Deposit Policy The Cornerstone requires a holding deposit equivalent to 50% of the total estimated revenue, together with a signed copy of the contract. This deposit is non-refundable in the event that the booking is canceled at any time prior to the actual event date. Cut Off Period If you wish to place a TENTATIVE BOOKING, please send us a written confirmation to facilitate us in preparing a contract to be sent to you. The function space will be secured upon receipt of the signed copy of contract. Allotment of function space is, however, at the discretion of the event hall. The rates and arrangements stated in this quotation will be considered null and void after the cut-off date as stated above should we not receive any written confirmation from you.
