Event Setup details: 1) Pre-setup is chargeable at the same rental rate if required 2) Complimentary pre-setup 1 day before / night before if there are no events happening in the function room. We can only advise 3 days before the event. 3) Teardown has to be done right after event.
Security Deposit Policy RM5,000.00 nett refundable deposit. Cheque or credit card only.
Cancellation Policy : 1) Upon confirmation - 30% of total expected revenue 2) 60 days prior to event - 50% of total expected revenue 3) 30 days prior to event - 90% of total expected revenue 4) 14 days prior to event - 100% of total expected revenue
Parking Charges : 1,650 secure and covered parking bays. (Nexus & Vertical combined)
Parking Fees (Nexus) : Monday - Friday : First 2 hours or part thereof - RM2.00 Every Subsequent hour or part thereof - RM2.00 Flat Rate (6pm - 12am) - RM2.00 per entry Saturday / Sunday / Public Holidays - RM2.00 per entry per day Upon validation by CCEC Concierge - RM5.00 per entry per day
