Pricing Description : Warehouse 1/2/3/6/ Sentul Park Rental Price - Commercial Photoshoots & Videoshoots : Full day : RM10,000 (12 hours) Set up per day : RM5,000 Terms & Conditions: 1) Duration of use : Wedding 4 hours Commercial (12 hours) 2) Rental of venue is subject to signing of “Right to Use Property Agreement” (“Agreement”) by the client. The Agreement shall be signed within seven (7) days from booking of venue. 3) 50% of rental fee shall be paid upon booking of venue. The booking fee is not refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. 4) Additional hours required for setup, photoshoot and dismantling: Wedding shoot RM 200.00 per hour, Commercial shoot RM 2500 per hour subject to availability of venue and management approval. 5) Security deposit is 50% of rental fee. The security deposit is refundable and will be refunded free of interest after the expiry date of the event less any sum due to the Owner from the client. 6) The security deposit and balance of 50% of rental fee shall be paid upon signing of the Agreement. 7) Setup plan subject for management approval is required upon confirmation.
